• Legal Age: Users must be 18 years of age or older to enter into legal and binding transactions for purchasing, selling a car, or making a reservation.
• Account Integrity: Each client is responsible for keeping their account password secure and must not share it with others.
• Identity Verification: Submission of accurate information and a legitimate Government-Issued Valid ID is required for verification and fraud prevention (anti-fraud protection).

All vehicles sold by A&D Auto Trading have undergone mechanical inspection and thorough documentation.

• Showroom Viewing & Inspection: We warmly invite clients to visit our showroom in Pila, Laguna for an actual inspection or test drive after booking a schedule.
• 3-Month Car Warranty: Every purchased vehicle comes with a 3-Month Warranty covering the engine and transmission/drive-train from the date of unit release.
• Reservation Holding Period: The reservation fee serves as a holding deposit to reserve the vehicle for 3 to 7 days. This amount will be automatically deducted from the total price of the vehicle.
• Documentation & LTO Release: The official Deed of Absolute Sale, original OR/CR, and the corresponding clearances will be released once the vehicle has been paid in full.
• Car Refund Policy: For car refunds, customers must contact A&D Auto Trading & Gadgets through our official business email address at adautoandgadgets26@gmail.com to discuss their refund concerns and coordinate the appropriate resolution. All refund requests will be handled through direct communication with the business.

• Real-time Stock & Pricing: The prices and availability of iPhones/gadgets follow real-time inventory and market value. An order becomes final once the order slip or payment receipt has been verified.
• Nationwide Shipping & Store Pickup: We ship nationwide through trusted logistics partners (such as LBC Branch Pickup or Delivery). A tracking number is provided for every order.

Every purchase is protected under our official warranty guidelines for vehicles and gadgets:

• 3-Month Vehicle (Car) Warranty: Vehicles are covered by a 3-Month Warranty for the engine and transmission/drive-train components from the date of official turnover or delivery.
• 1-Year Gadget & iPhone Warranty: Gadgets are covered by a 1-Year Warranty against factory defects, hardware failure, and authorized service warranty from the date of purchase.
• Warranty Claim Procedure: You may file a warranty claim or replacement request through the "Returns & Replacements" module in your Client Portal, together with the invoice/receipt and video/photo proof.

For clients who wish to sell their vehicle through our Sell Your Car module:

• Legitimate Car Ownership: The seller must be the registered owner or the holder of a legal Special Power of Attorney (SPA), together with the complete original OR/CR and valid government IDs.
• Accurate Vehicle Disclosure: Sellers are required to provide honest and accurate details about the vehicle (mileage, model, history, and the current condition of the engine and body).
• Physical Inspection & Direct Buyout: The initial appraisal on the website becomes final only after an actual mechanical inspection at our showroom. We do not accept vehicle trade-ins; our transactions are strictly direct car selling and buyout only.

The following official and secure payment methods are accepted:

• Official Channels: Direct Bank Transfer (BDO, etc.), GCash, Cash on Pickup at our physical branch, or approved financing partners.
• Authentic Proof of Payment: A clear transaction receipt must be uploaded. Anyone who submits a fake or altered receipt will be immediately blocked and reported to the authorities.

In accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), all of your personal data, ID submissions, and contact details are kept safe and protected. They will be used solely for official transaction purposes.
